Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister H.E. PRAK Sokhonn (Pic. 1), Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, together with his spouse, hosted a luncheon in honour of the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps as well as the outgoing and incoming Ambassadors, at his residence in Phnom Penh on July 8.
