His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni (Pic. 1), King of Cambodia, grants a royal audience to H.E. Chiv Keng (L, Pic. 4), President of the Supreme Court of Cambodia; H.E. Nguyen Van Quang (L, Pic. 2), President of the Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam; and H.E.
