AKP Phnom Penh, July 13, 2026—

His Excellency Prak Sokhonn (R, Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, and His Excellency Ueno Atsushi, Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Cambodia, sign the Exchange of Notes and related documents for the Sihanoukville Port New Container Terminal Development Project II at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation on Monday afternoon. Following the signing ceremony, the Deputy Prime Minister hosted a farewell audience for the outgoing Japanese envoy at his office to mark the conclusion of Ambassador Ueno’s diplomatic mission in Cambodia.
