Thong Khon (Pic. 1), Senior Minister and Chairman of the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia (NOCC), addresses the participants while he was presiding over here this morning the 14th Phnom Penh International Half Marathon 2026 to mark the 90th Birthday of Her Majesty the Queen-Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk (June 18) with the participation of almost 6,000 national and international runners.
