AKP Siem Reap, January 16, 2026 — 

Local fishermen are engaging in clam harvesting activities using traditional clam-dragging gear in Kampong Khleang commune, Sotr Nikum district, Siem Reap province.

The clam-dragging and harvesting activities are conducted under the supervision of local authorities and competent officials. According to regulations, clams measuring less than three centimetres are required to be released back into the water.
