AKP Phnom Penh, September 24, 2026 —

Delegations from different ministries and institutions take turn to lay lotus floral tribute on the occasion of the 33rd Constitution Day (Sept. 24, 1993 – Sept. 24, 2026), at the Constitution Monument located in a public park west of the Independence Monument in Phnom Penh this morning.
