AKP Phnom Penh, September 3, 2026 —

A delegation of the Ministry of Information led by its Minister H.E. Neth Pheaktra, this afternoon pays their last tribute to late H.E. Tey Maly, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Information and the father of H.E. Lt. Gen. Maly Socheata, Spokesperson for the Ministry of National Defence.

H.E. Tey Maly passed away on Sept. 2, 2026, at the age of 68. His funeral rites are being held at Sansam Kosal Pagoda in Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh.
