Lok Chumteav Dr Pich Chanmony Hun Manet (R Sitting, Pic. 1), President of the Samdech Techo Hun Sen and Samdech Kittiprittpundit Scholarship Students Association (A.M.T), and H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth and Sport, sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in human resource development between the A.M.T and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, at the association’s headquarters in Phnom Penh this morning.
