AKP Banteay Meanchey, July 17, 2026—

Wildflowers in bloom, accompanied by butterflies, create a picturesque natural scene in Rong Cham village located in Slar Kram commune, Svay Chek district, Banteay Meanchey province.

Rong Cham village, which literally means “waiting village,” was named by Senate President Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen during his visit to a displacement camp in June.
