Samdech Maha Rathsapheathika Thipadei Khuon Sudary, President of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has extended sincere congratulations to H.E. Ms. Agnes Forsthoffer on her recent election as the Speaker of the National Assembly of Hungary.

“I am confident that under your visionary leadership, Hungary will be on the path to continued progress and prosperity, while the existing ties of friendship and comprehensive cooperation between our two countries, in particular between our two legislatures, will continue to be enhanced for the benefits of our two peoples,” Samdech Khuon Sudary wrote in her congratulatory message dated May 11.

The Cambodian National Assembly President also pledged to work closely with her Hungarian counterpart to advance both nations’ common interests, while promoting rules-based international order and open and inclusive multilateralism, contributing to peace and prosperity in the region and beyond.

Samdech Khuon Sudary concluded her message with best wishes to H.E. Ms. Agnes Forsthoffer for her personal good health and great success in her noble service.
