H.E. Neth Pheaktra (L Front, Pic. 1), Minister of Information, together with Indian Ambassador to Cambodia H.E. Vanlalvawna Bawitlung, pay tribute at the Memorial of 37 war correspondents and journalists killed and missing in 1970-1975 Cambodian War, in front of the French Embassy in Phnom Penh this morning, on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the World Press Freedom Day under the theme “Building a Peaceful Future.”
