H.E. Mrs. EAT Sophea (R, Sitting, Pic. 1), Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and H.E. Mario José Armengol Campos, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Nicaragua to the Kingdom of Cambodia with residence in Hanoi, sign here on April 28 two documents: (1) Memorandum of Understanding for the Establishment of Political Consultations on Issues of Common Interest Between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Nicaragua; and (2) Agreement between the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Government of the Republic of Nicaragua on Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic and Official/Service Passports.
