AKP Phnom Penh, April 16, 2026— 

H.E. Hun Many, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Civil Service, and President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC), presides over Srang Preah ( Buddha bathing) ceremony at Wat Phnom Historical Site this afternoon, the last day of the Khmer Traditional New Year, with the participation of may other senior officials, Buddhist monks, and citizens.
