Neth Pheaktra (Pic. 1) chairs a meeting to review a draft Prakas on the organisation and functioning of offices under departments of the General Secretariat, General Departments, and national-level units of the Ministry of Information, held this morning at the Ministry with the participation of secretaries of state, undersecretaries of state, the secretary-general, directors general, and department heads.
