Cambodia’s Acting Head of State, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen (R, Pic. 1), receives credentials from H.E. Ms. Katharina WIESER, newly appointed Austrian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Solidarity Palace in Phnom Penh this morning.
