AKP Kandal, February 27, 2026–

Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen (Pic. 1), Acting Head of State of the Kingdom of Cambodia, holds a telephone conversation with H.E. Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, at his residence in town, Kandal province this afternoon.

During the discussion, the two leaders exchanged views on the current situation in their respective countries and discussed bilateral cooperation in areas of mutual interest, with particular attention to preparations for the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Cambodia and Ukraine (1992–2027), which will be commemorated next year.
