Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen (Sitting, R, Pic. 1), President of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP), and visiting H.E. Dr. Thongloun Sisoulith, Secretary General of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP), preside over the signing ceremony of the minutes of the 16th CPP-LPRP Summit and the agreement on the cooperation plan between the two parties, at the Solidarity Palace this morning.
