Senate President Meets CPP’s Supporters from U.S. West Coast States
AKP Phnom Penh, February 04, 2026 --
Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate and President of the ruling Cambodian People’s Party (CPP), received at the Solidarity Palace in Phnom Penh this morning CPP youth members from various U.S. states along the West Coast.
On the occasion, Samdech Techo highly praised and commended the strong sense of unity, dedication, and tireless efforts of CPP’s supporters and youth members in the U.S. West Coast region.
The CPP President said despite living far from their homeland, they have continued to uphold a strong sense of patriotism and actively contributed to supporting the Royal Government of Cambodia in maintaining peace and promoting national development.
Samdech Techo also expressed his sincere appreciation to them for their humanitarian assistance to displaced people along the border areas.
“Through donations of essential supplies and financial contributions – whether small or large – their support has demonstrated genuine compassion and concern for fellow Cambodians in need,” he underlined in the meeting.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen noted that although they reside overseas, their hearts remain closely connected to the Cambodian people at all times.
Furthermore, he encouraged all participants to continue strengthening solidarity among Cambodians at home and abroad, and supporting fellow citizens through humanitarian activities and other social initiatives.
The meeting was held in a warm, friendly, and united atmosphere, reflecting Samdech Techo’s deep care and high attention to the well-being of Cambodians living overseas, particularly CPP activists who consistently dedicate their time, energy, and efforts to supporting the Party’s organisational work across various U.S. West Coast states.
