Second Cambodia-Thailand Meeting on Cross-border Crimes to be Held on Oct. 13

The second meeting between the Cambodian National Police and the Royal Thai Police to review the draft action plan on cooperation in preventing and suppressing cross-border crimes, including cybercrime and human trafficking, is scheduled to be held on Oct. 13.
The new schedule was announced by the Cambodian National Police in a press release made public this evening.
The Cambodian National Police has already sent an invitation to the Thai side, said the press release, adding that the meeting will take place in the Cambodian province of Battambang.
This second meeting was originally planned for Sept. 26, but was postponed at the request of the Thai side.
The first meeting was organised on Sept. 16, 2025 in the Thai province of Sakaeo, in line with the spirit of the first Special General Border Committee (GBC) Meeting held on Sept. 10, 2025 in Cambodian Koh Kong province.
