Heng Sour (Pic. 1), Minister of Labour and Vocational Training, addresses the participants while he was presiding over the opening ceremony of the Workshop on Skills and Productivity Priorities for the Future of Cambodia, organised at Raffles Hotel Le Royal this morning, with the participation of senior leaders from the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training and representatives of the Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA), labour unions, and development partners.
