Neth Pheaktra (R, Pic. 1), Minister of Information of Cambodia, holds a bilateral meeting with visiting Dr. Cosmas Zavazava, Director of Telecommunication Development Bureau at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), to review and discuss potential areas of cooperation, on the sidelines of the 20th Asia Media Summit in Siem Reap provincial city this morning.
