H.E. In Chhay (Pic. 1), Under Secretary of State at the Ministry of Information of Cambodia, joins other speakers in the Workshop on AIBD/VIORY – Digital Newsroom Masterclass, opened this morning in Siem Reap provincial city as part of the 20th Asia Media Summit hosted by Cambodia from July 21 to 24.
