AKP Phnom Penh, May 05, 2025 -- Beijing Saite Holding Co., Ltd., a Chinese firm, has expressed interest in investing in crude oil refining and the production of by-products from refining residues in Cambodia.
The company’s interest was highlighted by Chairman Mr. Zhu Yujiang during a courtesy meeting with Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Peace Palace here this afternoon.
Mr. Zhu Yujiang emphasised that the proposed investment would contribute to Cambodia’s socio-economic development and enhance productivity within the country's manufacturing sector.
He also praised Cambodia’s rapid development across various sectors, noting that he observes positive changes with each visit. Additionally, Mr. Zhu Yujiang expressed satisfaction with the increasingly strong and fast-growing cooperation between China and Cambodia.
