The Embassy of Japan in the Phnom Penh held here this evening a ceremony to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Japan-ASEAN Financial Technical Assistance under the presidency of H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron (Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth and Sports, and H.E. UENO Atsushi (Pic. 3), Ambassador of Japan to Cambodia.
