AKP Singapore, September 16, 2026 —

H.E. Prak Sokhonn (Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, in his capacity as Cambodia’s Agent, leads the Cambodian delegation and legal team in attending the third day of the closed-door meeting with the Conciliation Commission under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) between Cambodia and Thailand.

The meeting was held this morning in Singapore under the chairmanship of Ms. Katrina Cooper, Chairperson of the Conciliation Commission, with the participation of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) as Registry.
