AKP Singapore, September 15, 2026 --

A closed-door meeting between the Cambodian delegation and legal team, led by H.E. Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, in his capacity as Cambodia’s Agent, and the Conciliation Commission under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS), with the participation of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) as Registry, concludes this afternoon in Singapore under the chairmanship of Ms. Katrina Cooper, Chairperson of the Conciliation Commission.
