H.E. Vath Chamroeun (C, Pic. 1), Secretary of State at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and Secretary-General of the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia (NOCC), holds at the NOCC headquarters in Phnom Penh this morning a press conference on the 4th AIA Pink Run 2026 scheduled to be held on Oct. 25 at a public park in front of Botum Vattey Pagoda.
