H.E. Pehin Dato Abdul Rahman Ibrahim (2nd L, Pic. 1), Member of the Brunei Legislative Council, arrives at Techo International Airport this evening to attend the 2nd Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC-2) being hosted by Cambodia from Aug. 26-28.
