AKP Phnom Penh, August 15, 2026 —

H.E. Chiv Keng (R, Pic. 1), President of the Supreme Court of the Kingdom of Cambodia, holds separate bilateral meetings with H.E. Nguyen Van Quang (2nd R, Pic. 1), President of the Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam, and H.E. Phavy Syboualypha (L, Pic. 5), President of the People’s Supreme Court of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, in Phnom Penh this morning.

The meetings took place on the sidelines of the 8th Conference of Border Provincial Courts of Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos, with discussions focusing on judicial cooperation and matters of mutual interest.
