AKP Phnom Penh, July 27, 2026 —

Phnom Penh Municipal Governor H.E. Khuong Sreng (2nd R, Pic. 1) and his spoue light candles while they were presiding over a ceremony to offer Tean Vossa (Vossa Candles) and other necessities to 151 pagodas across Phnom Penh. The ceremony was held at Chan Boreyvong Pagoda in Phnom Penh this morning.
