French Minister Delegate for Foreign Trade to Visit Cambodia This Week

H.E. Nicolas Forissier, French Minister Delegate for Foreign Trade and Attractiveness, will pay an official visit to Cambodia on July 9–10 to deepen economic ties between France and Cambodia and encourage greater French investment in the Kingdom.
According to a press release issued this morning by the Embassy of France in Cambodia, the visit follows a series of high-level meetings aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.
The visit also comes ahead of French President H.E. Emmanuel Macron’s planned visit to Cambodia in November 2026.
During his stay, Minister Delegate Forissier is scheduled to hold talks with several senior Cambodian officials, including Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance H.E. Dr. Aun Pornmoniroth, Minister of Commerce H.E. Mrs. Cham Nimul, Minister of Mines and Energy H.E. Keo Rottanak, and Minister of Health H.E. Prof. Chheang Ra.
He will also meet with the French business community in Cambodia, which comprises at least 200 companies.
At the conclusion of the visit, a press conference in French and Khmer will be held at the French Embassy on July 10.
