Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Prak Sokhonn (R Sitting, Pic. 1), Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and H.E. Ueno Atsushi, Japanese Ambassador to Cambodia, sign here this morning the Exchange of Notes and accompanying documents on the extension of the Government of Japan's Yen Loan amounting to JPY 24,237,000,000 (approximately US$162.7 million) for the implementation of Southwest Phnom Penh Irrigation and Drainage Rehabilitation and Improvement Project (III).
