Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet (Pic. 1), Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, delivers his keynote address while he and his spouse, Lok Chumteav Dr. Pich Chamony, Chief Commissioner of the Girl Guides Association of Cambodia (GGAC), were presiding over the opening ceremony of 39th World Conference of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) and the 42nd Annual Meeting of The Olave Baden-Powell Society (OB-PS), held in Siem Reap provincial city this morning under the theme “We See, We Care, We Act.”
