The meeting, held at the provincial administration hall, marked Samdech Techo’s 14th mission covering 16 capital and provinces under his ongoing outreach programme to engage directly with local leaders and government officials nationwide.
According to H.E. He urged all officials, especially commune and Sangkat council members, to continue fulfilling their duties with responsibility and to ensure faster, more efficient delivery of public services to citizens.
Samdech Techo also instructed local authorities to pay close attention to the welfare of families of deployed soldiers, fallen service members, and veterans, while recognising the contributions and sacrifices made by the armed forces in protecting national sovereignty and the people.
In addition, he called on authorities to accelerate land dispute resolution through effective and impartial mechanisms, particularly through out-of-court settlements where appropriate.
Samdech Techo further encouraged stronger protection of natural resources, continued efforts to maintain national stability and public order, and stricter action against crimes including robbery, drug trafficking, and technology-related offences. He reminded officials that public servants are not masters of the people but dedicated servants of the public.
