Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet (L, Pic. 1) and his Vietnamese counterpart H.E. Le Minh Hung (R, Pic. 1) witness the signing ceremony of Information Cooperation Plan 2026-2030 between the Ministry of Information of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, following their bilateral meeting in Hanoi this morning.
