AKP New York, May 27, 2026—

H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn (R, Pic. 1), Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and H.E. Paulo Rangel, Minister of State and Foreign Affairs of Portugal, sign a Memorandum of Understanding on Bilateral Consultations between Cambodia and Portugal, establishing a formal framework for regular diplomatic exchanges and closer cooperation on regional and global issues of mutual concern.

The signing ceremony took place following their bilateral meeting in New York on May 26, on the sidelines of the High-Level Open Debate of the United Nations Security Council.
