Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation H.E. PRAK Sokhonn (R, Sitting, Pic. 1), and H.E. UENO Atsushi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Cambodia, sign here at the Ministry this morning the Exchange of Notes and accompanying documents on the extension of the Government of Japan's Grant Aid for “the Project of Establishment of a Teacher Education College in Kampong Cham Province,” amounting to JPY 1,189,000,000 (approximately US$ 8,000,000).
