Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen (R, Pic. 1), Acting Head of State of the Kingdom of Cambodia, receives credentials from H.E. Mesut Özcan, newly appointed Turkish Ambassador to Cambodia, at the Senate’s Solidarity Palace in Phnom Penh this morning.
