Both sides also emphasised the importance of international cooperation in information sharing and strengthening measures to prevent and combat online fraud and cross-border financial crimes involving technology.
As of Mar. 30, 2026, Cambodia and Singapore have fully implemented a two-way cross-border QR code payment system, enabling citizens of both countries to make payments like locals using mobile applications.
