H.E. Ms. Eat Sophea (Pic. 1), Permanent Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, this afternoon informs members of the diplomatic corps accredited to Cambodia about the Kingdom’s decision to resort to the Compulsory Conciliation mechanism under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) to resolve all disputes peacefully and based on international law, following Thailand’s unilateral termination of the 2001 Memorandum of Understanding.
