AKP Phnom Penh, April 15, 2026--

People travel to Tuol Sovannaram Pagoda, also known as Tuol Sangke Pagoda in Khan Russey Keo in Phnom Penh this morning to offer foods and other offerings to the Buddhist monks, on the second day of the traditional Khmer New Year festival.
