Cambodia Chamber of Commerce and Australia Partner to Boost Private Sector Development

The Cambodia Chamber of Commerce (CCC) and the Cambodia Australia Partnership for Resilient Economic Development (CAPRED) have joined forces to tackle private sector challenges and unlock business opportunities to bolster national development.
Neak Oknha Kith Meng, President of the CCC and Chairman of the Private Sector Coordinating Working Group, met Monday with an Australian delegation led by Ambassador H.E. Derek Yip to discuss enhancing the Government-Private Sector Forum (G-PSF).
The talks focused on strengthening coordination mechanisms and fostering deeper dialogue between the state and private enterprises. According to a CCC statement, both parties aim to accelerate key reform priorities that are essential for Cambodia’s economic growth.
The meeting highlighted the vital role of the G-PSF in resolving industry bottlenecks. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring the forum remains an effective tool for active engagement across all working groups.
The discussion was attended by representatives from the G-PSF private sector secretariat and the CAPRED team.
