Acting Head of State, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen (Pic. 1), receives a courtesy call from a delegation of the Association of Cambodians in Japan, led by Mr. Hay Vanna, at the Senate’s Solidarity Palace in Phnom Penh this morning.
