H.E. Suos Yara (L, Pic. 1), Chairman of the Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Information Committee of the National Assembly, unveils a new book titled “The Rise of the Global South and Its Implications for Japan-ASEAN Partnership,” at the launching ceremony jointly organised by the Asian Vision Institute (AVI) and the Embassy of Japan in Cambodia at the Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh this morning.
