Cambodia Launches Online Portal to Tackle Public Complaints
AKP Phnom Penh, February 19, 2026 -- Cambodia’s Ministry of Interior on Thursday launched a digital complaint submission system, the latest move in a broader Royal Government push to modernise public administration and improve transparency.
The new platform allows citizens to report grievances, provide feedback, or flag administrative irregularities and misconduct directly to the authorities through a centralised online portal.
In a statement, the Ministry said the initiative aims to streamline communication between the public and state institutions, ensuring that reports are handled more efficiently while strengthening Royal Government accountability.
"This platform is part of our ongoing efforts to promote digital governance and ensure that people's concerns are addressed transparently," the Ministry said, encouraging citizens to use the site to report issues ranging from service delays to official malpractice.
The launch comes as Cambodia seeks to digitise its bloated bureaucracy to improve its public image and foster trust in state services.
Complaints can now be filed electronically via the official website: https://css-gdin.interior.gov.kh/home
