H.E. Gen. Tea Seiha, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence of Cambodia, holds a working discussion with H.E. Admiral Samuel Paparo, Commander of the United States Indo-Pacific Command, in Sihanoukville, Preah Sihanouk province this afternoon.
