Samdech Kittiprittpundit Bun Rany Hun Sen (Pic. 1), President of the Cambodian Red Cross (CRC), addresses the participants while she was presiding over this morning a get-together and distribution ceremony of donations to 2,205 displaced families (equivalent to 6,746 people) from Oddar Meanchey, Banteay Meanchey, Battambang, Pailin, and Preah Vihear provinces, temporarily sheltering in 13 safe centres across Kralanh district, Siem Reap province.
