Youth-Led Coffee Shop with Eco-Friendly Launched in Siem Reap
AKP Phnom Penh, January 07, 2026 --
A group of innovative local youths have launched a unique "Pop-up Coffee" initiative in the heart of Angkor, aiming to mix modern leisure with community-driven economic support.
Located in the city of Siem Reap, the project, led by owner Soth Sour, was designed rather than a coffee shop, giving option to tourists to relax after visiting the ancient temples.
The core mission of the venture is to directly support Cambodia's agricultural sector.
Mr. Sour stated that this cafe provides an atmosphere designed to stimulate the provincial economy. “Our goal is to create a cool place for tourists, which serves as an important link in Siem Reap's economic recovery,” he said.
Coupled with environmental spirit with a commitment to local products, Pop-up Coffee seeks to redefine the hospitality landscape in Cambodia's tourism hub.
