AKP Phnom Penh, December 31, 2025 —

The 18 returning Cambodian soldiers arrive at Phnom Penh International Airport (Pochentong) this afternoon, after being released by the Thai side earlier today.

They were warmly welcomed upon their arrival by Samdech Kitti Sangahapundit Men Sam An, Member of the Supreme Privy Council to His Majesty the King, H.E. Hun Many, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Civil Service, and many other senior officials, as well as the soldiers’ families.
