The delegation, representing the Cambodian Women’s Association for Peace and Development and the Solidarity Front for the Development of the Cambodian Motherland, arrived in the northwestern province amid ongoing efforts to support those affected by the recent Thai incursion.
Addressing the gathered families, Samdech Men Sam An delivered messages of solidarity from Cambodia’s top leadership, including Senate President Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen; Cambodian Red Cross President Samdech Kittiprittpundit Bun Rany Hun Sen; Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet and the First Lady Lok Chumteav Dr. Pich Chanmony.

The distribution was made possible through a public-private partnership involving provincial authorities and several high-profile philanthropists and business leaders. Samdech Men Sam An extended formal gratitude to Pursat Governor H.E. Khoy Rida, as well as prominent donors and representatives from the local business community for their contributions to the frontline support effort.
